Rest is often the first thing we skip. We feel guilty for slowing down, even when our body asks for it.

But real rest is not laziness. It’s a basic need. When we rest, our body recovers, our breath becomes calmer, and our thoughts slow down. Only then can movement feel easy again.

At ANASA Retreat, rest is part of the experience — not something you do only if you have time. Between sessions, there is space to sit, walk, sleep, or do nothing at all. Sometimes, doing less is exactly what the body needs.
